SOAMES POINT ACCOMODATION RATES AND POLICIES
STANDARD NIGHTLY RATE:
- Low Season: $159.00 CA / per night - no tax.
- High Season: $175.00 CA / per night - no tax.
WEEKLY RATES:
- Low Season: $1,000 CA / per week - no tax.
- High Season: $1,070 CA / per week - no tax.
Note: Low Season is effective October 1st through May 1st.
Soames Point Bed and Breakfast Policies:
- Rates are for two people.
- Additional person is $25.00 per night.
- Rates include a full breakfast.
- Check in time: 2:00pm.
- Check out time: 11:00am
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellations require notice no less than 7 days prior to arrival date for a full refund;
- If notice of cancellation is received less than 7 days before, a one day charge will apply;
- If you cancel within 24 hours, sorry, but there is no refund.
